Role: Instructional Designer
Project Summary: Designed over 11 instructor-led training programs for Wachovia Retail and Wholesale employees during the Wachovia/SouthTrust merger.
Project Details:
Developed training requirements, participated in weekly team meetings, provided status reports to internal clients and project managers, collaborated with subject matter experts, designed programs using InfoMapping templates, attended pilot training, and modified training materials based on evaluation results.

Project Summary: Designed and delivered national new hire training for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
