Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Designed instructor-led and live eLearning (webinar) training for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Partnering with an internal training team, Intrac:

• Participated in strategic conference calls with IT department to define upgrades to Wells Fargo’s proprietary mortgage software
• Determined training required to prepare new and seasoned employees to process mortgage and equity applications using new software features
• Developed instructor-led participant guides and facilitator guides, live eLearning webinars, and online assessments for national training rollout.

Wal-Mart
Designed onboarding curriculum for Wal-Mart Vision Center Associates.
