Staffing E-Trainer offers web-based courses for the staffing industry.
Mallard and Associates and MTS Incorporated have been delivering instructor-led courses to the staffing industry for over ten years. In response to their clients’ need to access training on demand, the two companies took the initiative to convert these instructor-led courses to one-hour web-based courses. A core Intrac team of instructional and interactive designers:
- Collaborated with Staffing eTrainer to identify the core classroom content for web conversion
- Developed an instructional strategy that incorporated the essence of the classroom training materials while capitalizing on eLearning features
- Designed engaging, interactive courses using Flash
- Built features such as bookmark capabilities, allowing learners to automatically return to a section of the course if they are sidetracked by job interruptions, and administrative features such as score tracking and email notification upon course completion

Huntington National Bank
Introduced webinar technology and application to Business Banking and Commercial Banking training departments. Conducted train-the-trainer sessions to prepare managers and subject matter experts to lead webinars. Designed and supported 18 webinar sessions for 300+ associates to respond to demand for rapid delivery of post-merger training needs.
Great American Insurance Company
Prepared Great American for eLearning debut. Designed and developed initial eLearning courses in Lectora Publisher for Trucking Insurance associates.
