Corporate Coaching Training Program (CCP) provides participants fifteen business coaching courses in 130 hours of self-paced and facilitated telebridge learning. A core Intrac team of designers and subject matter experts:

Conducted surveys and focus groups to identify content changes
Recommended content design strategies to facilitate learning transfer in a virtual/distance learning environment
Redesigned graphic layout of course materials
Updated online course exams
Created job aides for on the-job coaching
Developed audio CD case studies

Staffing E-Trainer

Staffing E-Trainer offers web-based courses for the staffing industry.

Mallard and Associates and MTS Incorporated have been delivering instructor-led courses to the staffing industry for over ten years. In response to their clients’ need to access training on demand, the two companies took the initiative to convert these instructor-led courses to one-hour web-based courses. A core Intrac team of instructional and interactive designers:

Collaborated with Staffing eTrainer to identify the core classroom content for web conversion
Developed an instructional strategy that incorporated the essence of the classroom training materials while capitalizing on eLearning features
Designed engaging, interactive courses using Flash
Built features such as bookmark capabilities, allowing learners to automatically return to a section of the course if they are sidetracked by job interruptions, and administrative features such as score tracking and email notification upon course completion

CCS Web Academy

CCS Web Academy is a North Carolina state-accredited virtual high school that offers a comprehensive blended learning curriculum.

We designed and developed online curriculum for this virtual high school with user-friendly authoring tools including MS FrontPage and QuestionMark Perception. The online solution includes audio and visual elements to support language acquisition, as well as testing and feedback. Students interact with the English as a Second Language teacher through low-cost tools including whiteboards and weekly conference calls.
